Grayson Caldwell has over 10 years of work experience, starting with a role as Youth Venture Associate at Ashoka in 2010. Grayson then moved on to become a Research Assistant and Program Coordinator at Ashoka in 2011 and 2012, respectively. In 2013, they began working as a Community Health Specialist at Peace Corps. In 2016, they became the Social Impact Manager at Hot Bread Kitchen, followed by a Consultant role at TechnoServe in 2017. In 2018, they took on a Consultant role at the International Research Institute for Climate and Society, Earth Institute, Columbia University, as well as a Freelance Writer role at Hunter College New York City Food Policy Center. Most recently, they have been the Head of Sustainability & Impact at Bellwether Coffee since 2019.
Grayson Caldwell attended The University of Georgia from 2006 to 2010 where they earned a Bachelor of Arts in International Affairs. Grayson then pursued a Master of Public Administration in Development Practice at Columbia University from 2017 to 2019.
