Nathan Kritz is a skilled IT professional with extensive experience in network engineering and desktop support. Currently serving as a Network Engineer and IT Infrastructure Technician at Plastic Ingenuity since December 2020, Nathan previously worked at UW Colleges / UW-Extension from November 2016 to December 2020, where responsibilities included providing Level 1 and Level 2 support, managing Active Directory, utilizing System Center Configuration Manager (SCCM), and coordinating vendor services for audio-visual equipment. Nathan holds an Associate's Degree in IT-System Administration from Madison Area Technical College, completed in 2020, as well as a Computer Service Technician certification from Blackhawk Technical College, acquired in 2016.
