Ismael Godoy serves as a Senior Engineering Manager at PLASKOLITE, a position held since October 1999, where responsibilities include ethical management of operations, resource allocation, and monitoring requirements for machinery, personnel, and production flows. Previous experience includes roles as a Process Engineer at Nemak from February 1997 to October 1999, overseeing production and equipment installation, and as a Night Shift Supervisor at Samsung from December 1995 to February 1997, managing the production of television monitors. Ismael holds a Master’s degree in Manufacturing Management from EGADE Business School de ITESM (2008-2011) and a Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering from Universidad Regiomontana S.C. (1992-1995).
