Andrew Janowicz is an experienced leader in research and development, currently serving as the Director of R&D and New Product Development at PLASKOLITE since April 2018. With a robust background in the chemical industry, Andrew held the position of Research & Development Director at Mitsubishi Rayon Corporation from 2009 and previously at Lucite International from 2002 to 2009, where roles included Global Director of Research & Technology. Prior experience includes serving as Global Innovations Director at Ineos, Research & Technology Manager at ICI, and various roles at DuPont, where Andrew progressed from Research Chemist to Research Superintendent. Andrew obtained a PhD in Organic Chemistry from the University of California, Berkeley, and a Bachelor of Arts in Chemistry from The College of Wooster.
