Gustavo Leite de Andrade is a professional with extensive experience in the field of tooling and mold construction, currently serving as an Instrutor de Formação Profissional III at SENAI Jundiaí since April 2024, focusing on training in the maintenance and construction of molds for thermoplastics within the metal-mechanical technology sector. Prior to this role, Gustavo was a Ferramenteiro at Plascar from February 2010, where responsibilities included corrective and preventive maintenance of large injection molds used in the automotive industry, as well as process optimization. Between August 2002 and July 2009, Gustavo worked at Fast Tools, constructing injection molds for the automotive sector and overseeing projects to final product approval. Additionally, in April 2002, Gustavo participated in the Olympiada do Conhecimento, analyzing tool projects and constructing cutting dies. Educational qualifications include a Tecnólogo degree in Gestão da Produção Industrial from Universidade Cruzeiro do Sul (2020-2022) and Technician degrees in Ferramenteiro de Moldes Plasticos and Mecânica de Usinagem from Escola Senai Conde Alexandre Siciliano (1999-2002).
