Ramon Germann currently serves as a Jr. Projektleiter Prozessmanagement and Prozessmanager at Planzer since October 2021, focusing on the development, modeling, and optimization of operational processes, contributing to various project teams, and providing support and training within the organization. Prior to this role, Ramon was a Teamleiter Stv. at Die Schweizerische Post from April 2019 to October 2021, where responsibilities included managing over 20 employees and optimizing delivery area operations. Ramon is pursuing a Master of Advanced Studies in Business Engineering Management at the University of Applied Sciences and Arts Northwestern Switzerland FHNW, with previous qualifications including a Dipl.
