Sandy Cruz-Serrano currently serves as the Deputy Executive Director and Chief Operating Officer at CREC, a position held since July 2012, following a tenure as Director of Operations from 2008 to 2012. Educationally, Sandy holds a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Government from Central Connecticut State University, where studies were completed from July 1980 to May 1984, as well as a Master's in Divinity with a focus on Urban Ministries from Andover Newton.
