Penny Springer has extensive work experience in sales enablement and training roles. Penny currently serves as the VP of Global Enablement at Planview since January 2024. Prior to that, they were the VP of Revenue Enablement at Planview from June 2021 to January 2024. Before joining Planview, Penny worked at Anaplan as the Global Director of Sales Enablement from February 2019 to June 2021. Penny also has experience in sales enablement and curriculum design and development during their time at Code42 from May 2017 to February 2019. Other previous roles include Training Specialist at Donaldson from December 2014 to May 2017, Account Executive at NOREX, Inc. from March 2012 to November 2014, Sales Representative at Shred-N-Go, Inc. from August 2010 to February 2012, and Science Teacher at Prior Lake High School from September 2003 to June 2010. Penny began their career as a Chemist at HB Fuller from June 1987 to June 1990 and later served as an Area Sales Manager for Foster Products Division at H. B. Fuller in 1988. Overall, Penny has a diverse background in sales, training, and education.

Penny Springer holds a Master of Arts in Teaching from Minnesota State University, Mankato, a Master of Arts in Leadership from Augsburg University, and a Bachelor of Science in Chemistry from Minnesota State University, Mankato. In addition, they have obtained the MEDDPICC Certified Badge from Planview in 2021.
