Rudi Janssens has extensive work experience in various roles and positions. Rudi is currently the Product Lead - Primary Education at Infinitas Learning since February 2023. Prior to that, they worked as the Head of Product at Plantyn starting from November 2019. Rudi also served as the Digital Manager Auto (Product Owner) at Produpress from January 2015 to November 2019. Before that, they held multiple roles at goudengids.be / pagesdor.be, including Marketing PMO a.i., Head of Product Design & Innovation, Group UX Manager, Product Manager, Community Manager, and New Media Manager. Rudi's earlier experience includes positions such as Product & Marketing Manager, Process Manager, District Manager, and Customer Service & Training Manager at Belgacom. Rudi also worked at Belgacom Directory Services as a customer service representative and an account representative. Rudi's earliest position was in sales at Schleiper nv.

Rudi Janssens completed their Bachelor's degree in Translator at Erasmushogeschool Brussel from 1994 to 1998. In 2016-2017, they attained a Full Stack Web Development Certification from Free Code Camp, specializing in Computer Software Engineering. In October 2018, they obtained the "Agile Product Owner Role: Foundations" certification from LinkedIn.
