Tracy Fadden

Head of Marketing at PlantPlus Foods

Tracy Fadden has a diverse and extensive work experience spanning several companies and roles. Tracy is currently the Head of Marketing at PlantPlus Foods since 2023. Prior to that, they served as the Vice President of Corporate Communications at Instant Brands from November 2021 to April 2023, and as the Vice President of Marketing from August 2020 to November 2021. Tracy also co-founded The Marketing Greenhouse in February 2020 before joining Instant Brands.

Before their time at The Marketing Greenhouse, Tracy worked at Tyson Foods as the Director of Marketing from January 2015 to January 2019. Tracy began their career at Starbucks in October 2011 as a Senior Brand Manager, staying until January 2015. Tracy also held various positions at Newell Brands, including Senior Global Brand Marketing Manager for Sharpie from January 2010 to October 2011, Senior Brand Marketing Manager for Expo Markers in 2009, Brand Marketing Manager for Expo Markers in 2008, and Associate Brand Marketing Manager for Expo Markers from 2006 to 2007. Tracy also had experience as the Office Depot Channel Marketing Manager and Food, Drug and Mass Channel Manager.

Tracy's early career included working at UUNET as an Account Executive from January 2000 to July 2001, and at Black & Decker as a Territory Sales Representative from May 1998 to January 2000.

Throughout their career, Tracy has demonstrated expertise in marketing, brand management, strategy development, new product development, and sales. Tracy has consistently delivered results and contributed to revenue growth and profitability in their roles.

Tracy Fadden has a diverse education history. Tracy completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing at the Gies College of Business - University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign from 1994 to 1998. Later on, from 2007 to 2009, Tracy pursued their MBA at Northwestern University - Kellogg School of Management, specializing in Marketing, Strategy, and Entrepreneurship.
