Reece Chaplin is currently working as a Workshop Team Leader at Plantforce and previously worked as a Heavy Plant Fitter at the same company. Before that, Reece was an Installation Engineer at Router-Mods and a Machine Control Engineer at Boels Rental. With a degree in plant maintenance from Wiltshire College and a background in mechanical engineering from NSETC, Reece has a strong educational foundation to support their career in heavy industrial equipment maintenance. Reece also holds a Bachelor of Technology (BTech) from Weston College and completed their GCSE and BTEC qualifications at Priory Community School.
