Natalie B. has a wealth of work experience, beginning with their role as a Soccer Referee for the Southwest Idaho Soccer Association in 2007. In 2017, they took on two roles simultaneously, as a User Interface Designer for Iowa State University and a Summer Research Intern for the Virtual Reality Applications Center. In 2018, they were a Graphic Designer (Contract) for Scentsy, Inc. (Corporate Office). From 2015 to 2019, they were a Graphic Designer for Peppershock Media, and since 2019 they have been a Senior Graphic Designer for Plant Therapy, taking a lead role in packaging and web design, while also guiding the design team and liaising between the creative team and other departments.

Natalie B. completed a Bachelor of Arts in Graphic Design from Boise State University between 2012 and 2016. Prior to that, they were homeschooled and obtained their High School degree in 2011. In addition, they have obtained two certifications: a Membership Certificate from The Interaction Design Foundation in December 2017 and a US Soccer Referee Registration (Grade 8) in January 2013.
