Curtis Chadderdon has a diverse work experience. From 1998 to 2017, they worked at American Express, starting as an Account Manager and eventually becoming a Team Leader and Business Analyst. In 2004, they joined WorldStrides as a Senior Sales Associate and Festival Director. In 2017, they became the Wholesale Manager at Plant Therapy, introducing the brand to key decision-makers at major retailers.

Curtis Chadderdon obtained a Bachelor of Applied Science (B.A.Sc.) in Marketing from the University of Utah in 2000. Curtis also attended the College of Creative Arts at West Virginia University.
