Chris Toyn's work experience begins in 2008 when they joined the University of Utah's Psychiatric Department as a Data Coordinator for Autism and Tourette Studies. During their time there, they collaborated with various universities to store data and ensure consistent phenotypic information for analysis by doctors nationwide. Chris also took on a leadership role, training a team of nine and planning large events for department studies.

In 2011, Chris briefly worked at the Obelis Group as a Marketing Coordinator/Business Development Analyst.

The following year, in 2012, Chris joined Goldman Sachs as an Analyst and stayed until November 2013.

From November 2013 to March 2023, Chris worked at Dental Intelligence, first as a Vice President of Analytics and later as the Executive Vice President of Finance.

Currently, Chris holds the position of Chief Financial Officer at Plansight, starting in March 2023.
