Victor Dourado is an experienced civil engineer with a solid background in construction management and project oversight. Currently serving as the General Manager of Works at Plano&Plano since June 2015, Victor has successfully managed large-scale projects, including the Plano&Portal Barra Funda, comprising ten towers and 1,800 apartments. Prior to this role, Victor held the position of Project Manager at Cyrela Plano&Plano, overseeing the In Mare Bali Residential Resort with a built area of 38,000 m². With earlier experience at ECOL as a Civil Engineer and construction technician, Victor has developed expertise in high-standard hospitality, industrial, and residential projects, demonstrating proficiency in budgeting, planning, and client relations. Victor holds a degree in Civil Engineering from UFRN and has also completed a postgraduate specialization in engineering evaluations and expertise.
