Luis F Rodriguez serves as the Director of Music Ministry at Holy Covenant United Methodist Church since January 2023. Rodriguez has been actively involved with the Plano Symphony Orchestra since September 2015, holding multiple roles including Director of Artistic Operations, Librarian, Cover Conductor, and Operations Manager. As Music Director of the Philharmonic Orchestra of Texas since June 2018 and Librarian for the Irving Symphony Orchestra since December 2017, Rodriguez contributes significantly to the musical landscape in the region. Previously, Rodriguez held the position of Music Director for the Dallas Camerata Young Soloists from August 2017 to September 2018 and for Broadmoor Presbyterian Church from September 2011 to June 2014. Rodriguez's educational background includes a Master's Degree in Orchestral Conducting from Louisiana State University (2011-2013) and two Bachelor's degrees in Voice and Opera, as well as Music Performance, General, from The University of Texas at Austin (2004-2010).
