Lalesha Marsdon has a diverse work experience that spans various industries. In 2016, they worked as a Beauty Therapist/Spa Attendant at Jewel Resorts. The following year, they transitioned to a Customer Service Sales Representative role at the Bob Marley mausoleum (Nine mile tours). In 2018, Lalesha joined Sutherland as a Senior Consultant/Acting Quality Analyst. In 2021, they ventured into the marketing and travel industry, working as an Independent Marketing Representative for PlanNet Marketing and as an Independent Travel Advisor for InteleTravel.com.

Lalesha Marsdon pursued their education at the South west tvet institute from 2015 to 2016, where they completed an NVQJ degree in General Beauty Therapy Level 3. In addition to their formal education, they obtained several certifications. In December 2021, they became a certified Jamaica Travel Specialist. Lalesha also completed a certification in Retail sales-tourism from Alison - Empower Yourself. Furthermore, in July 2016, Lalesha Marsdon became a Campus Ambassador for the Heart Trust National Training Agency.
