Ray Riker is an experienced leader in mission operations and systems administration, currently serving as the Airborne Mission Network Ops Lead at Planned Systems International since November 2019, where responsibilities include managing 22 personnel across multiple locations to support extensive aircraft sorties and deployments. Prior to this role, Ray Riker worked at ARMA Global as the Mission IT Sys Admin and Operations Lead, overseeing the deployment of MITSA technicians and enhancing situational awareness for Special Operations Forces. Military experience includes serving in the United States Air Force as a Cyber Support Systems Functional Manager and in various senior roles focused on communications maintenance, policy development, and inspection. Ray Riker holds an Associate's Degree in Electronics Technician from the Community College of the Air Force.
