Chad Graves is a seasoned Senior Web Application Developer with extensive experience in agile development and technical leadership, currently employed at Planned Systems International since June 2019. Previously, Chad served as Chief Technical Officer at LeapPoint, where responsibilities included shaping technical strategies and leading project engagements for federal and commercial clients. Prior roles include Director of Agile Transformation and Lead Developer at Pragmatics, Inc., contributing to major projects for the Office of the Comptroller of the Currency and the Millennium Challenge Corporation. Earlier experiences include senior software development positions at TEKsystems and Matice Interactive, alongside roles in web development and quality assurance. Chad holds a B.A. in Economics from Salisbury University.
