Carola Ammer, MBA, SPHR, SHRM-SCP, sHRBP has a diverse work experience in various leadership roles in human resources. At ProSphere, they also served as the Vice President of Human Resources and Talent Acquisition. Prior to pursuing their higher education, they also completed an apprenticeship in Industrial Management at the Herwig-Blankertz-School. Additionally, Carola has obtained several certifications to enhance their professional expertise.
