Sarah Dwyer is an experienced professional in patient access and community services, currently serving as a Patient Access Navigator at Planned Parenthood of Metropolitan Washington, DC, Inc. since September 2022, where Sarah established the organization's first patient navigation program, assisting over 250 patients with practical support and health referrals.
