Aki Lempinen is a seasoned professional in software development and product design, with a robust background in medical devices, IoT, and embedded systems. Currently serving as Design Manager for Software at Planmeca since April 2018, Aki has previously held roles including Senior Software Engineer at RD Velho Oy and Chief Engineer at Stramos Oy, where responsibilities included leading teams and developing modular systems. Aki's extensive experience also encompasses key positions at Nokia and Nitro FX, contributing to the development of real-time communications and mobile applications. Aki holds a degree from the Helsinki Institute of Technology, completed in 2001.
