Serkan Semen is a seasoned professional in e-commerce and digital transformation, currently serving as Senior E-Commerce Manager at PlanITROI since March 2021, focusing on omnichannel sales. Prior to this role, Serkan was the Head of Ecommerce at 3Decor LLC, where the establishment of an e-commerce business and management of an $8M advertising budget for Amazon Pay Per Click were key achievements. As General Manager at KOZMOS GROUP, Serkan played a pivotal role in growing the company's revenue to $45 million by 2019, overseeing multiple factories and a large workforce.
