Hugo Amorim has extensive work experience in the IT support field. Hugo is currently working as a Customer Support Representative at Planhat since 2023. Before that, they worked at B-Simple from 2022 to 2023 as an IT Support Supervisor and from 2021 to 2022 as an IT Support Technician. Prior to that, they worked at Claranet Portugal from 2018 to 2021 as an IT Support Field Support, where they handled various responsibilities such as support and configuration of different software used in hospitals, installation and configuration of workstations, and administration of the hospital network. After completing high school, they went on to pursue higher education at the Instituto Superior de Engenharia do Porto.
