Tom Edmunds has a diverse work experience spanning over a decade. Tom started their career in 2005 as a Telemarketing Executive at Infor formerly Systems Union, where they generated new business opportunities. Tom then worked as a Recruitment Consultant at The Subsbench, placing IT students in companies like Microsoft.
In 2007, Tom joined Infor Global Solutions Ltd as an Inside Sales professional, handling all aspects of the sales cycle and managing key accounts. Tom later transitioned to Services Sales as an Account Manager, engaging with over 200 clients and selling various services related to SunSystems and Vision.
After working at Infor for six years, Tom moved to Anaplan Inc in 2013 as a Field Sales Executive. Here, they provided enterprise-wide planning and modeling solutions across different sectors.
In 2018, Tom joined Vuealta as an Account Executive, leveraging their expertise in Anaplan to provide tailored advice and support. Tom then joined AppZen in 2019 as an Account Executive, using AI-powered auditing to automate and optimize decision-making processes.
Currently, Tom works at Planful, where they have held multiple roles. Tom started as a Sr. Strategic Account Executive before progressing to Regional Sales Director. Tom then became the Director of UK & European Sales, and currently holds the position of Vice President of Sales UK & EMEA.
Tom Edmunds attended Warriner School Bloxham from 1994 to 1999. Tom then went on to complete their A Levels in Business Studies, Geography, German, and Psychology at Banbury Sixth Form Centre from 1999 to 2002. From 2001 to 2005, Tom pursued a 2.1 BA degree in Business Studies at the University of Northampton. Later, in 2011 and 2012, they obtained an AAT degree in Accounting from Farnborough College of Technology.
