Matt Fairclough is the owner and lead developer of Planetside Software, where Terragen, a software solution for rendering and animating realistic natural environments, was created and developed since September 1999. Previous experience includes roles such as Terragen Lead at Digital Domain 3.0 and Environment Artist at Pixomondo, contributing to projects like "Oblivion" and "Game of Thrones." Fairclough has also held various positions in visual effects for notable films, including Environment Lead in "Green Lantern" and Technical Director for "Transformers 2." Matt Fairclough holds a BSc in Mathematics and Computer Science from the University of York, obtained in 1999.
