Robert Seares currently serves as the Head of Innovation at PlanetPlay since December 2022. Prior to this role, Robert held positions as Technical Project Manager at AE Studio and Founder & CEO at Silvered, where the focus was on developer-first solutions, machine learning, and data science. Robert's earlier experience includes serving as Software Engineering Team Lead at Brace and Senior Director of Engineering at Halla, with significant contributions at H1 as a Senior Software Engineer and Full Stack Engineer. Robert's key achievements include developing a weighted vector search algorithm that helped acquire new customers and establishing an online skills gaming platform at Signal Zero. Additionally, Robert contributed to the growth of a development team while working as the First Engineer for a startup and has experience as a Computer Science Tutor at Berkeley City College.
