Maja Mandic has extensive experience in education and customer support, currently serving as a Product Support Specialist at PLANet Systems Group since November 2013, specializing in implementation and customer assistance. Prior to this role, Maja held positions as a Senior Peer Review Analyst and an English Second Language Teacher at Primary School and Linguarama Language School, respectively. Maja holds a Master of Arts in English Language and Literature from the University of Novi Sad and obtained a High School Diploma in Humanities from Isidora Sekulic Grammar School.
