Kristen Dietel is a seasoned professional in business development and event planning, currently serving as the Director of Business Development at Planet Professional since January 2021, following roles as Business Development Manager and Recruiter. Previously, Kristen held the position of Recreation Director for the Town of Sterling from May 2012 to January 2021, where responsibilities included event planning, budgeting, staff management, and community engagement. Earlier experience includes a Special Events Intern at Roger Williams University and as a Sales & Marketing Intern for the Newport and Bristol County Convention and Visitors Bureau. Kristen holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Management from Roger Williams University, graduated in 2012.
