Keighley Jones is currently serving as the Business Performance Manager at Planet Mark since December 2020, where responsibilities include delivering analytical insights and improvement recommendations for business operations. Prior experience includes roles such as Account Manager at Booking.com, responsible for supporting accommodation partners with performance optimization, and Account Manager at Exhibition Services Ltd, focused on client relationships and project lifecycle assistance. Keighley has also held positions in account management and coordination at Reed Exhibitions, Peldon Rose, Collset, and in hospitality management at various establishments. Keighley holds a degree in Illustration from the University of Portsmouth and a BTEC Level 3 National Diploma in Fine Art & Design from Chichester College.
