Catherine Orchard is an experienced professional in the field of geospatial imagery and project management, currently serving as Team Lead at Planet Labs since March 2016, where responsibilities include managing Imagery Production Projects, ensuring image quality, and developing new workflows for the production team. Prior to this role, Catherine held positions at Blackbridge Geomatics, Iunctus Geomatics Corp., and Intermap Technologies, focusing on satellite image production, processing, and enhancement. Catherine holds a BASc in Geography/GIS from The University of Lethbridge, a BSc in Geographic Information Science and Cartography from Canterbury Christ Church University, and a Certificate in Project Management from Mount Royal University.
