Justin Crowder's work experience begins in 2012 as a Quality Assurance Analyst at Amazon.com. In this role, they focused on cycle-counting and inventory analysis while also conducting quality assurance audits and analyzing customer-facing metrics. Justin then transitioned to a role as a Summer Camp Counselor at Chesterfield County in 2014.

In 2017, Justin joined GEICO as an Application System Analyst, a position they held until 2018.
