Jonathan Samuel has extensive work experience in the mortgage industry. Starting in 1999, they worked at HSBC Mortgage Services as a Collections Representative, where they managed delinquent clients and negotiated short sales. In 2005, they became a Mortgage Loan Originator at Financial Foundation Group, where they managed a queue of sales leads, advised customers, and sold mortgage products. In 2006, they joined Orion Residential Finance as a Mortgage Loan Originator, mentoring college students and negotiating mortgage terms with borrowers. From 2007 to 2010, they worked as a Mortgage Loan Originator at Crosstown Lending, where they interviewed and hired employees, distributed leads, and managed the mortgage process. Jonathan then moved to Quantum Servicing Corporation as a Licensing Specialist, monitoring licensing changes and executing payments. Jonathan also served as an Asset Manager, negotiating successful resolutions and closing settlements. At Americas Mortgage Professionals, they worked as a Mortgage Loan Originator, managing internet leads, soliciting realtors, and conducting presentations. Jonathan then worked at Quantum Servicing Corporation again as a Licensing, Compliance & Audit Specialist, preparing regulatory responses and monitoring licensing changes. Finally, they joined USAA as a Mortgage Call Quality Auditor, ensuring quality in mortgage calls. Currently, Jonathan works at Planet Home Lending, LLC as a Senior Licensing Analyst, responsible for mortgage licensing functions and compliance.

Jonathan Samuel attended Elmhurst University from 1998 to 1999, where they studied Psychology. Following a gap in education, they pursued further learning in Microsoft Excel at Go Skills from 2015 to 2016.
