Eric Rogers, CFA has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and sectors. Starting off, they worked as a Skate Camp Team Leader and later became the Director of Skateboard Camp at the City of Rockville from June 2011 to August 2014. Eric then joined the Women's Microfinance Initiative as a Data Analysis Intern, where they created reports evaluating program operations and securing funding from grants, from May 2015 to July 2015.

Moving forward, Eric worked as a Consultant at AKOTA Consulting, where they planned and executed a cross US charity/skateboarding tour and worked on various projects for clients, from May 2016 to July 2016. Eric then joined Pepperdine University and took on multiple roles including Athletics Marketing Intern, International Program Resident Advisor, Resident Advisor, and Inter Club Council Budget Analyst, from September 2014 to May 2018. During this time, they gained experience in leadership development, crisis management, and managing student organizations' budgets.

Following that, Eric joined PennyMac Loan Services, LLC as an Associate Financial Analyst and later became a Senior Financial Analyst in the Capital Markets division, from July 2018 to June 2021. Here, they analyzed financial data and provided insights for decision-making. Presently, they have joined Planet Home Lending, LLC as the Manager of MSR Investments, and subsequently became the Director of MSR Investments in April 2023.

Throughout their work experience, Eric has demonstrated strong analytical skills, financial expertise, leadership qualities, and the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams.

Eric Rogers, CFA, obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Finance from Pepperdine University from 2014 to 2018. During their time at Pepperdine University, they also attended Fudan University in 2015 and 2016, although no degree or field of study was specified. Prior to attending university, Eric Rogers graduated from Thomas Sprigg Wootton High School in 2014, earning a High School Diploma. Eric Rogers holds additional certifications, including being a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) Charterholder, which they obtained from the CFA Institute in June 2021. Eric also obtained the Bloomberg Market Concepts (BMC) certification from Bloomberg LP in June 2017 and achieved a HSK 4 certification from the Ministry of Education of the People's Republic of China in April 2016.
