Kate Westbrook is a Full Stack Developer currently at Planes Studio since January 2022, with previous experience as a Software Engineering Teaching Assistant and student at General Assembly. Kate completed a comprehensive Full Stack Engineering Bootcamp, gaining expertise in JavaScript, React, HTML, CSS, and more. Prior to entering software development, Kate served in various educational roles, including Schools Programme Coordinator at RIBA, and Music Lead at Park Primary School, demonstrating strong project management and creative educational facilitation skills. Additional experience includes coordinating educational projects at The Design Museum and managing creative initiatives as a Founder and Director of The Climbing Frame. Kate holds a BA Joint Honours in Art History and Italian from the University of Leeds, a PGCE from Goldsmiths, University of London, and a Software Engineering Immersive certification from General Assembly.
