Mikael Mensali has extensive experience in business applications and service management, currently serving as the Director of Business Applications and a Member of the Board of Directors at Plandent Oy since May 2006. In this role, Mikael oversees Field Service Development and the Digital Support Organization, while also fulfilling the responsibilities of a Customer Service Manager, which includes managing after-sales services, technicians, and project sales operations. Prior to this, Mikael worked as a service consultant at Lindorff from April 2004 to April 2006. Academically, Mikael holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Tampere University of Applied Sciences and a Bachelor of Business Administration in Computer Science from Turku University of Applied Sciences.
