Frederik Bøgelund Christiansen has extensive experience in customer onboarding and enablement, currently serving as the Onboarding Automation Manager at Planday since December 2020, where responsibilities include leveraging product knowledge to drive customer success, particularly in the Australian market. Prior to this role, Frederik worked as a Senior Onboarding Consultant and Customer Onboarding Consultant at JUC for a short tenure in late 2020. Experience also includes a position as a Network Consultant at the Embassy of Denmark in Australia and an International Trade Internship at Snackmix I/S. Frederik co-founded a business with a partner, which was dissolved to focus on studies in Copenhagen. Early work experience includes a role as a Lagermedarbejder at JYSK. Education includes a Master’s degree in Diversity & Change Management and a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Language & Culture, both from Copenhagen Business School.
