Karim El-Dbeissi has a diverse work experience in the field of sales and business development. Karim worked as the Head of Sales and Senior Sales & Business Development Manager at Plancraft since February 2023 and August 2022, respectively. Prior to that, they served as a Sales Engineer at Halocline from May 2021 to August 2022. From June 2018 to May 2021, they held the position of Sales Manager at MyHammer AG. Before that, they worked as an IT-Consultant at MIK-Center GmbH from January 2018 to May 2018. Additionally, Karim has experience as the founder and managing director at SoftRocket from 2015 to 2017 and as an intern in business process optimization at AdBeam from July 2016 to October 2016.

Karim El-Dbeissi completed a Bachelor of Science degree in Wirtschaftsinformatik from the University of Bremen in 2018. Karim also attended Technische Universität Berlin, although the specific degree and field of study are unknown.
