Susan Conrad has been the Chief Client Experience Officer and Director of Plancorp Retirement Plan Advisors at Plancorp, LLC since February 2011. Prior to this role, Susan held various positions at First Mercantile Trust Company from November 1987 to March 2011, including Vice-President of Business Development, National Sales Director, Southeast Regional Sales Director, Relationship Manager, and Plan Administrator. Susan Conrad earned a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from The University of Memphis between 1984 and 1988.
