Erick Burtness has extensive experience in financial analysis and technology, currently serving as a Senior Platform Analyst at Plancorp, LLC since December 2014. Previous roles include Business Analyst and Portfolio Analyst at the same company, as well as Operations & Investment Analyst at Legacy Investment Advisors from May 2011 to January 2013. Prior to that, Erick held the positions of Investment Analyst and Director of IT at Auxano Advisors from February 2006 to April 2011. Early career experience includes freelancing as an audio engineer and web consultant from 2004 to 2006, and serving as Project Designer at Burtness Engineering Services from 1996 to 2000. Erick holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Engineering from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign, obtained between 1999 and 2003.
