Hashim M Paiman, MSc., is an experienced operations director at Planate Management Group, specializing in architecture, planning, and engineering support services since May 2018. Previously, Hashim served as a project control analyst and Procore project manager, demonstrating expertise in project management. Prior to Planate, Hashim held the position of government relations director at AWCC from March 2015 to November 2017 and contributed as a program manager and senior contracting officer at Elite Construction Co from 2008 to 2015. Hashim's career also includes a significant role as the director of planning, policy, and international relations at the Ministry of Communications and Information Technology in Afghanistan from September 2003 to June 2006. Hashim holds a Master's degree in Telecommunications Engineering and Management from Azerbaijan Technical University, earned between 1990 and 1996.
