Jim G. began their career in 1987 as Managing Director, Europe for Phillip Townsend Associates Inc. In 1992, they moved to Strategic Weather Services, Inc. as Senior Vice President. In 2000, they joined Planalytics, Inc. as Sr. VP, Insurance Group, where they were responsible for heading up Strategic Weather-Risk Advisory Services.

Jim G. holds a Master of Science degree from the University of Massachusetts Amherst.
