Brendan Schulz is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in talent management, organizational development, and higher education. Currently serving as Vice President of Talent & Culture at Plan International Canada since April 2021, Brendan has also held various roles at York University, including Part-Time Faculty Member, Executive Director of Student Success, and Executive Director of Strategy & Planning. Previous positions include Senior Manager of Talent Management & Diversity at TD Bank Group and Director of Organization Development & Learning at Indigo Books & Music. Brendan's foundational career began at Nortel Networks as a Manager in Diversity, Learning, and HR Generalist. Brendan's educational background includes a Master of Industrial Relations from Queen's University, a Certificate in Organizational Development from the Telfer School of Management at the University of Ottawa, and a Bachelor of Commerce with Honours from the University of Manitoba.
