Rachel Payne has extensive experience in various roles, primarily in customer support and operational management. Currently serving as NOC Manager at PLAN B Technology since May 2019, Rachel has held multiple positions, including Customer Implementation Specialist and Sales Enablement Specialist, with responsibilities spanning contract management and facilities administration across New Zealand. Prior to this, Rachel worked at Prestige Loos, coordinating film and event logistics while also dispatching services and managing billing processes. Earlier experience includes office administration and customer service roles at Look Sharp Store and Subway.
