Ronald Warmerdam is an accomplished Senior Project Manager at The HEINEKEN Company since November 2022, focusing on the project management of an innovative pilot production line for in-line malt production. With extensive experience in leading complex projects in industry and real estate as the Director and Owner of Plan B Advies since October 2008, Ronald has also held significant roles such as Program Manager for CAPEX Portfolio at Ÿnsect Human Nutrition & Health, Senior Project Manager for the Covid-19 Vaccine Factory at The Janssen Pharmaceutical Companies of Johnson & Johnson, and Program Manager for CAPEX Projects at FrieslandCampina. Previous positions include Project Manager at De Woonplaats, where Ronald managed various utility construction projects, and Program Manager for the new construction and redesign of Eindhoven Airport.
