Derrich Rodriguez has a diverse work experience in the banking industry. Derrich currently holds the position of SVP, Senior Commercial Loan Officer at PlainsCapital Bank since April 2021. Prior to this, they worked as a Principal at The ROMI Group LLC since August 2006. From November 2013 to April 2021, they served as the Senior Vice President, Commercial Real Estate Banking at Amegy Bank. Derrich was also the Vice President, National Real Estate Services at Comerica Bank from April 2008 to November 2013. Derrich started their career at Frost Bank as an Assistant Vice President, Commercial Banking from April 2001 to January 2008.

Derrich Rodriguez attended Leadership San Antonio from 2020 to 2021, where they completed the Class 45 - Longest Class Ever! program. Prior to this, they pursued a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree in Finance at Texas State University. Additionally, they studied Computer Science at The University of Tulsa. Derrich also attended Central Catholic High School in San Antonio and St. Anthony Catholic School for their earlier education.
