Tanya Kalinowski has extensive experience in human resources, with roles at Plains Midstream Canada, Superior Propane, Canwest Propane, Gibson Energy, and BP. Tanya has provided guidance on people matters, led HR initiatives, and supported various teams within these organizations. Tanya has also been involved in recruitment, compensation and benefits, and special projects in the HR field. With a BA (Hons) in Art History, Criticism, and Conservation from McMaster University, Tanya is well-equipped to handle diverse HR responsibilities.
