Daniel Kelly is an experienced professional with a diverse background in customer service, mentorship, and e-commerce. Currently serving as a Caddie and Independent Contractor at Plainfield Country Club since May 2013, Daniel assists members with course navigation and strategy. As a First Generation College Student Mentor at Kean University, Daniel facilitates the transition for new students, guiding them through major requirements. Additionally, as CEO of DK Creative Solutions LLC, Daniel focuses on optimizing product descriptions and delivering exceptional customer service across multiple e-commerce platforms. Previous roles include E-commerce Specialist and Warehouse Supervisor at Timecube USA, where Daniel significantly increased sales limits and profits. Daniel has also worked in guest services at Topgolf, contributing to event planning and customer engagement.
