David Cole is an experienced professional with a strong background in category management and purchasing. Currently serving as Category Manager at Plaid Pantry since August 2017, David has previously held the position of Purchasing Specialist at Columbia Distributing from June 2014 to August 2017, where responsibilities included managing a portfolio of suppliers and warehouses, analyzing and forecasting sales, and addressing inventory issues. Earlier in their career, David was the Shipping and Inventory Manager at Everything Chopsticks from December 2007 to May 2014, overseeing web shop operations, merchandise selection, and customer service. David holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from the University of Oregon.
