QI HE is an experienced professional in the food science sector, currently serving as Ingredients Senior Specialist-Carbohydrates at pladis Global since January 2024. Prior to this, QI HE held positions at Mondelēz International from December 2015 to January 2024, advancing from Research Scientist II to Senior Scientist. QI HE's earlier work includes a Research Associate role at The University of Nottingham between January 2010 and December 2015, focusing on the mouthfeel perceptions of chocolates and the physical properties of liquid and semi-solid food products.
